This is a plastic injection molded dragon, that has ball and socket joints to allow for customizable assembly. This dragon was made using CNC cut aluminum mold blocks, and SLA printed heat resistant cores. A total of three individual molds were used to create the core, over-mold of the core, and the head and tail sections of the dragon. The dragon was originally modeled in SolidWorks and Fusion 360 CAM was used to generate all the toolpaths for creating the mold blocks.
