This custom light saber was made via a Haas CNC machine, and a manual lathe. SolidWorks was used to model, and Fusion 360 CAM was used to create the toolpaths for parts seen below. The saber is assembled using CNC formed thread for the pommel, and set screws are used to attach a majority of the other parts.
